How is this different from UserTesting or Hotjar?
UserTesting is async — you send a task, people record themselves, you watch videos later. Hotjar tells you where people click. RIOT puts everyone in the same room attacking the same thing in real time, then AI closes the loop by telling you what to build next and estimating how long it takes.
Do participants need an account?
No. You share a link. They open it, type their name, and start firing feedback. No signup, no install, no friction.
What is a "build brief"?
After synthesis, you click Request Build. RIOT generates a structured brief — problem statement, why it matters, acceptance criteria, suggested approach. You copy it, webhook it to Linear or GitHub, or use it to commission work directly through RIOT.
What is secure code delivery?
When a build is done, you upload a zip. RIOT generates a time-limited download link (72h, 3 downloads max) and emails it to the recipient. Or we create a private GitHub repo and invite them. Their team gets the code, you stay in control of access.
Can I use it on internal tools?
Yes. The Chrome extension works on any URL including localhost, staging, and internal tools behind a VPN. For enterprise, RIOT can run inside your own infrastructure.
